Sidley represented Passport Global, Inc., a leading international e-commerce logistics and solutions company, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Global-e Online Ltd. (Nasdaq: GLBE) for up to US$425 million in cash and future earnouts. The transaction is expected to strengthen Global-e’s cross-border commerce platform and enhance its logistics and international shipping capabilities for merchants and retailers worldwide.
