Sidley Represents Rael in Its Strategic Investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners

Sidley represented Rael – a leading women’s wellness brand offering feminine care, skincare, and hormonal wellness products – in its strategic investment from TowerBrook Capital Partners. The investment is intended to support Rael’s next phase of growth by scaling the brand across channels, expanding its global reach and continuing innovation across its portfolio. Founded in 2017 by three Korean American women and headquartered in Los Angeles, Rael has built a strong omnichannel presence, with products available in more than 40,000 retail locations in the U.S. and Korea.
