Sidley Represents Heineken N.V. in Its Sale of FIFCO USA

Sidley is representing Heineken N.V. in the sale of FIFCO USA to private equity firm Saothair Capital Partners. FIFCO USA is one of the leading brewers in the U.S. and sells its branded beer and other beverages through an independent network of wholesalers. Following the transaction, FIFCO USA will change its name back to North American Breweries.

The Sidley team is being led by Brent Steele and includes Danielle Haikal, Jordan Lemoine, Hannah Gruen, and Francesca J. Sikora (M&A and Private Equity); Mary Niehaus (Employee Benefits); Tyler Replogle (Tax); and Natalie Chan (Labor and Employment).
