Will Barrott

WILL BARROTT has experience advising asset managers, both globally and within Europe, on the structuring, marketing, fundraising, and management of their investment funds, particularly focusing on private equity and venture capital. Will also advises clients on co-investments and continuation funds, as well as manager’s carried interest vehicles.

Before joining Sidley, Will practiced at the London office of a global law firm, where he worked with the investment funds and venture capital group. He advised various managers and investors on the terms of their investment vehicles, including the onboarding of European sovereign investors as limited partners.
