Biography
WILL BARROTT has experience advising asset managers, both globally and within Europe, on the structuring, marketing, fundraising, and management of their investment funds, particularly focusing on private equity and venture capital. Will also advises clients on co-investments and continuation funds, as well as manager’s carried interest vehicles.
Will has advised various managers and investors on the terms of their investment vehicles, including the onboarding of European sovereign investors as limited partners.

- Certares, a leading investment firm focused on travel, tourism, hospitality, and business and consumer services, on its closing of a single-asset continuation fund to extend its partnership with Guardian Alarm.
- Bonaccord Capital Partners in connection with its second strategic minority investment in Park Square Capital, one of Europe’s leading credit investment firms with more than US$19 billion in assets under management.
