SHARON DIPRINZIO focuses her practice on insurance and financial services.
Sharon graduated cum laude from Tulane University Law School, where she served as the senior notes and comments editor on the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and as a senior fellow for the Legal Research & Writing Program. She received her B.A. from Boston University, where she studied philosophy and political science, and graduated cum laude.

- Venerable in its US$51 Billion Variable Annuity Reinsurance Deal With Corebridge.
- Fortitude International Reinsurance Company Ltd. in a US$4 billion reinsurance transaction with Taiyo Life.
- Acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher of AssuredPartners from GTCR for gross consideration of US$13.45 billion.
- Accelerant in its upsized second Flywheel Re P&C sidecar.
- Resolution Life in a strategic transaction with Farmers New World Life Insurance Company (FNWL) involving the cession of FNWL’s in-force individual life business to Resolution Life subsidiary Security Life of Denver, a flow reinsurance treaty covering the current range of individual life products, and retrocession to Swiss Re of all of the reinsured term life liabilities.
- Jefferies Financial Group Inc. in connection with its investment in Hildene Holding Company, LLC, the parent of credit-focused asset manager Hildene Capital Management LLC and its affiliates, made concurrently with Hildene’s signing of a definitive agreement to acquire SILAC Inc., the parent of SILAC Insurance Company.
