Recent experience of Nicolas' work include advising:

• DigitalBridge and Aberdeen Investments on their joint acquisition of EQUANS Infra & Mobility, Equans’ asset-based e-mobility platform in the Netherlands.
• Apollo-funds as lead investor of an investor group acquiring a 37% minority stake in Syntegon, a leading global technology company.
• Vivo Capital on Its Acquisition of Dutscher Group.
• RA Capital Management as co-lead investor in relation to Artios Pharma’s US $115m Series D Financing.
• A global private equity sponsor in the acquisition of a portfolio of schools in Latin America.
• A Canadian pension fund in the acquisition of a minority stake in a Latin American data center company (acting as local counsel in Colombia).
• A multinational logistics group in its US$3 billion acquisition of the commerce and life cycle services division of a global technology company (acting as local counsel in Colombia).
• A regional investment bank in connection with the acquisition of a stake in a Latin American capital management company (acting as local counsel in Colombia).
• A surety and compliance insurer in a transaction selling its entire equity to a large global insurer.
• A Spanish water management company in its divestiture of six affiliates to a Spanish infrastructure group.

Nicolas maintains an active and robust pro bono practice and is a board member of JUGGO foundation.
