Biography
JUSTINE HONG focuses her practice on the structuring, operation, and offering of private investment funds and advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds. She also works with traditional and alternative investment advisers on regulatory compliance requirements, ongoing testing requirements, and compliance monitoring. In addition, she advises registered funds in connection with legal and regulatory compliance with securities laws.
While attending Columbia Law School, Justine served as an editor of the Columbia Law Review.
Justine is fluent in Korean.
