Alexandra A. Kozyra

ALEXANDRA KOZYRA focuses her practice on the financing, development, construction, and acquisition of commercial real estate properties, including multifamily housing, office buildings, hotels, and retail properties. Alex has experience representing financial institutions in connection with the formation and operation of real estate joint ventures, the financing of affordable multifamily housing and economic development projects, and the origination of warehouse lending facilities.

Prior to joining Sidley, Alex worked at another international law firm where her practice focused on real estate and corporate matters.

Alex received her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where she served as a senior notes & comments editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and was a board member of the Rutgers Moot Court Board.
