Biography
SARAH RECKTENWALD advises private equity funds and private companies in the technology and life sciences sectors on all aspects of transactions related to executive compensation and employee benefits. In addition, she routinely represents portfolio companies on all aspects of day-to-day executive compensation, equity compensation, and employee benefits issues.
Sarah earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Prior to law school, Sarah served as a project assistant in Sidley’s Chicago office.
