Biography
STUART ROSE has a broad range of experience advising on the design and implementation of bespoke tax advantaged (including EMI and CSOP share plans) and non-tax advantaged employee share plans for public and private companies. He also advises on all cross-border employee share schemes, and coordinating and managing international roll outs of employee incentive awards.
Stuart works closely with Sidley’s corporate teams advising on executive remuneration and assisting with the employee incentives aspects of corporate transactions.
Stuart is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers organization, previously acting as joint secretary of the tax committee.
Before joining Sidley in 2025, Stuart was a senior associate in the employee incentives and benefits team of another international law firm.
