JENNY SEALE  focuses her practice on cybersecurity issues, data security incident response, trade secret theft, misinformation, crisis management, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and related litigation matters. Jenny frequently advises organizations on significant cybersecurity matters, including destructive malware and ransomware incidents, and leads internal investigations and regulatory compliance reviews related to complex cybersecurity matters. Her clients turn to her for compliance advice, incident response, investigations, crisis management, and regulatory enforcement defense.

Jenny has more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and has handled hundreds of cybersecurity incidents for clients. She has advised a diverse range of private and public organizations on significant cybersecurity matters across numerous industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, aviation, energy, technology, defense, healthcare, government, transportation, and insurance. Jenny has significant experience assisting clients with election matters and related investigations. She routinely counsels clients with respect to responding to ransomware related matters. Jenny advised multiple clients with regard to incident response and investigations related to the NotPetya malware incident of 2017. She also assists clients with cutting edge matters and emerging issues related to technology, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI). Jenny has also served as counsel on matters related to regulatory, congressional, and public policy issues across various industry sectors.  She regularly handles matters involving law enforcement and the intelligence community.
