Martha O. Tabor

MARTHA TABOR focuses her practice on regulatory and enforcement matters. She represents broker-dealers, associated persons, investment advisers, and corporate directors in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), exchanges, and state securities regulators. Martha also has a strong commitment to her pro bono practice.

Prior to joining Sidley, Martha was a legal extern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Delaware. She also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy of the New York State Supreme Court.
