Sidley is representing Newfold Digital, a leading web commerce company backed by Clearlake Capital Group, LP and Siris Capital Group, LLC, in the carveout sale of Markmonitor to Com Laude, the London-headquartered supplier of corporate domain services backed by PX3 Partners. The sale will help Newfold in its strategy to focus on its core market of web presence, hosting, and retail registrar services through its companies, like Bluehost and Network Solutions.
