Noel undertook a three-month pro bono secondment to Small Steps SFP, a charity for disabled children, from October 2021 to December 2021.
Noel has successfully represented clients in relation to:
- Appeals to the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal for denial of/reduction in Personal Independence Payment benefits.
- A discretionary application to the Home Office for grant of UK citizenship under the British Nationality Act 1981.
- An application for a charging order in respect of unpaid judgment debt in a breach of National Minimum Wage civil case.
