
Biography
STEVE QUINN has a broad range of experience in UK and international tax planning with a particular focus on debt finance and real estate.
He has considerable experience in structured finance transactions (including RMBS, CMBS, ABCP conduits, covered bonds, whole-business securitizations, and CLOs), capital markets (including high-yield bonds, EMTNs and GMTNs, regulatory capital, and standalone corporate issuances), real estate, and leveraged finance. Steve advises fund sponsors, arrangers, originators, investment managers, lenders, and investors on all tax aspects of financings. He also works as creditor and debtor counsel on restructuring mandates.
Moreover, Steve works with private equity funds, REITs, public and private companies, asset managers and investment funds across the full investment cycle of real estate ownership and associated transactions.
Continuing his consistent recognition in Legal 500 UK (2023–2025), Steve has once again been recommended in the 2026 edition for his work in Corporate Tax.

- Advised Partners Group a leading global private markets firm, on the financing arrangements for its acquisition of premium pet food company MPM Products, a global pet food business focused on premium cat food.
- Apollo-managed funds and affiliates in connection with the launch of TenFifty Capital, a new European-focused commercial real estate lending platform.
- Permira and its portfolio company Neuraxpharm on Neuraxpharm’s successful €925 million term loan B refinancing.
- Adevinta, a leading European online classifieds group backed by a consortium of shareholders including Blackstone and Permira, on financing arrangements to refinance its existing debt facilities and facilitate a distribution to shareholders.
- Golden Goose S.p.A, a portfolio company of Permira, on tax matters in connection with the issuance of €480 million in euro senior secured floating rate notes due 2031 and related €100 million revolving credit facility.
- H.I.G. Capital and PolarDC Group Limited on the structuring and first-phase financing of a multi phase project to deliver a leading data center designed for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications in Norway.
