Sidley Bolsters Global Finance Practice With Addition of Katarina Molnarova in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. – Sidley is pleased to announce that Katarina Molnarova has joined the firm’s Global Finance practice as a partner in Sidley’s office in Washington, D.C. She was previously counsel in the Sponsor Finance practice group at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Ms. Molnarova advises private equity sponsors, family offices, and corporate borrowers, on complex U.S. and cross-border debt financing transactions. Her experience includes acquisitions, refinancings, and other leveraged transactions, across a broad range of financing products, including bank, broadly syndicated, and private credit facilities, as well as high-yield and investment-grade bond issuances and asset-based lending arrangements.
