Ben has represented financial institutions, global health and pharmaceutical companies and other corporations as plaintiffs in the enforcement of significant contractual rights. Ben has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts, including in the Southern District of New York, bankruptcy courts and the New York State Commercial Division. Ben is co-head of the firm’s antitrust litigation group and serves as lead counsel in cutting-edge antitrust matters in the payments and labor space.

In a pro bono matter in Alabama, Ben served as lead counsel in an extensive evidentiary hearing and obtained the reversal of a wrongful capital murder conviction and death penalty sentence.
