Sidley represented H.I.G. Growth Partners in the sale of its portfolio company Eruptr LLC to Amulet Capital Partners, LP, a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector. Eruptr is a healthcare digital marketing company that provides end-to-end, technology-enabled healthcare digital services that allow clients to attract and retain patients and achieve marketing goals.
