Sidley Represents Recharge Industries in the Acquisition of Britishvolt Limited

Sidley is representing Recharge Industries, a portfolio company of Scale Facilitation, on its acquisition of Britishvolt Limited. This transaction will help to support the development of technology and infrastructure needed for the UK’s energy transition.
