Sidley Represents Macquarie Asset Management in Senior Secured Acquisition Financing for Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc.

Sidley represented MIP VI Holdings II, LLC, an affiliate of Macquarie Asset Management, in its senior secured acquisition financing facility in connection with the acquisition of Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc., a waste hauling and recycling company based in Boca Raton, Florida with operations in the Southeast.

The Sidley team was led by partner Daniel F. Allison (Energy and Infrastructure), with special assistance from senior managing associate Joe Zenruffinen (Global Finance), managing associate Michael J. Schlinkert, and associate Nick J. Kalina (both Energy and Infrastructure).
