Sidley Ranked Among Top Firms in The Texas Lawbook M&A Corporate Deal Tracker for H1 2023

Sidley was once again ranked among the top firms in The Texas Lawbook’s M&A Corporate Deal Tracker rankings in Texas. Sidley ranked second in overall deal count with 59 deals during H1 2023 and third in deal count for Texas-led deals. In addition, Sidley ranked fourth overall in deal value.
