Sidley Represents Tata Consumer Products in Its Acquisition of Organic India

Sidley is representing India-based Tata Consumer Products (NYSE: TATACONSUM) in its acquisition of food and beverage company Organic India. Organic India is a leading organic brand of food and beverages and herbal supplements products. It was established more than 25 years ago and has a geographical footprint spanning more than 48 countries. The acquisition helps expand Tata Consumer Products’ portfolio offering in high-growth margin categories.
The Sidley team is being led by Germaine Nicole Gurr (M&A), and includes Victoria Richmond, Anabelle M. Dahdah, LinLin Teng, and Salim Jones (M&A); Diane C. McEnroe and Kevin A. Sforza (Food, Drug and Medical Device); Joshua T. Hofheimer, Dusan Clark, and Sabrina K. Glavota (Technology and Life Sciences Transactions); Nicholas F.
