Sidley Represents Invitation Homes in US$500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Sidley represented Invitation Homes Operating Partnership LP, the operating partnership of Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH), in connection with a public debt offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2035. INVH is a real estate investment trust and a leading owner and operator of single-family homes for lease, with over 80,000 homes for lease. This deal closed on September 26, 2024.

The deal team was led by Jason Friedhoff, Bart Sheehan, and Adam Gross, and included Demetrius Watson and law clerk Emily Laurore. Christian Brause and Dustin Anderson advised on tax matters.
