Sidley Advises Darling Ingredients in Its Joint Venture With Tessenderlo Group to Form New Wellness Company

Sidley is representing Darling Ingredients Inc. (NYSE: DAR) in its new partnership with the Tessenderlo Group (XBRU: TESB) to form a new company that will combine both companies’ collagen and gelatin manufacturing businesses to create a multinational platform in the health, wellness, and nutrition sectors. The transaction, first announced in May 2025, is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in 2026.
