Sidley Advises Darling Ingredients in Its Potential Joint Venture With Tessenderlo Group to Form New Wellness Company

Sidley is representing Darling Ingredients Inc. in its potential new partnership with the Tessenderlo Group to form a new company that will combine both companies’ collagen and gelatin manufacturing businesses to create a multinational platform in the health, wellness, and nutrition sectors. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and execution of definitive documentation.
