Sidley represented Radiology Partners, a leading technology-enabled radiology practice in the U.S., and its subsidiary Mosaic Clinical Technologies, in the acquisition of Cognita Imaging, Inc. Cognita is a pioneer in creating vision language models purpose built for radiology.
