Sidley Represents VanEck in Launch of First U.S. Spot BNB Exchange-Traded Product

Sidley represented VanEck Digital Assets, LLC, sponsor of the VanEck BNB ETF, in connection with the registration and launch of the VanEck BNB ETF, the first U.S. spot BNB exchange-traded product. The VanEck BNB ETF is listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker “VBNB,” and provides investors with exposure to BNB. The launch marks the first U.S. spot BNB exchange-traded product and the fifth product in VanEck’s suite of U.S. spot digital asset exchange-traded products.
