Paul E. Boehm

PAUL BOEHM is a nationally recognized trial lawyer, national litigation counsel, and a co-leader of Sidley’s global Product Liability practice. He represents life sciences, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and other highly regulated companies in complex product liability, mass tort, multi-district litigation (MDL), and other high-stakes matters. With two decades of experience leading mass torts and trials, Paul has a long record of successfully defending major multinational corporations in some of the country’s most consequential coordinated proceedings.

Paul’s practice spans the full lifecycle of large-scale litigation, from early case assessment through trial, and he is known for mastering complex scientific issues, shaping them into compelling narratives for judges and juries, and driving efficient, strategic outcomes.
