Biography

MORGAN MENDICINO focuses her practice on patent litigation.

Prior to joining Sidley, Morgan earned her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she served as the associate managing editor for the SMU Law Review and as an academic success mentor. Morgan was also awarded membership as a Tsai Scholar and earned a place on the dean’s list. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Prior to law school, Morgan earned a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Morgan was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2026 for Litigation - Intellectual Property, Litigation – Patent, and Patent Law.
