ASH NAGDEV is counsel in Sidley’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Ash litigates patent, trade secret and contract matters in federal court. He also assists both established and emerging companies with technology and IP transactions, and has led various intellectual property transactions to closing. Ash is also a member of Sidley’s CCPA Litigation Task Force, a dedicated group of lawyers focusing specifically on litigation involving the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Ash is frequently named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Prior to entering the legal profession, he was a software engineer at Symantec Corporation working on consumer (“Norton Security” products) and enterprise level security products. Ash is a registered United States Patent Attorney. He earned his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law and B.S. in computer science from UCLA.
