ED PERRY advises on a range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on private and public M&A transactions, and consortium and joint venture arrangements. This breadth of experience has enabled him to deliver strategically significant deals for clients across various different investment structures.
Ed works with a wide variety of clients, but has particular experience advising on transactions in highly regulated industries, such as the insurance and life sciences/healthcare sectors.
As in the previous edition (2023), Ed is recommended for M&A: Upper Mid-Market and Premium Deals by The Legal 500 UK 2024.
Ed joined Sidley in 2017 from a UK Magic Circle law firm, where he spent six years, including a six month secondment to the firm’s Paris office.
