Biography

ALEXIS COHEN focuses her practice on resolving high-stakes patent disputes and guiding clients through complex intellectual property issues. She works closely with companies to protect innovation, respond to competitive threats, and make informed decisions involving patent risk. Her experience spans litigation in federal courts, proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and strategic counseling tied to broader business objectives.

Alexis’s work is particularly concentrated in the life sciences and medical device sectors, where she advises on disputes involving sophisticated technologies and regulated products. In addition, she has represented clients across a range of technology-driven industries, including software, telecommunications, and advanced materials.
