QALID MOHAMED advises global financial institutions on a range of UK and EU financial services regulatory matters, including in relation to Brexit, MiFID II, AIFMD and MAR.
Prior to joining Sidley, Qalid practiced in the London office of an international law firm. During this time, Qalid completed a secondment to a leading global investment bank, where he advised on various aspects of the bank’s Brexit planning.
Qalid is a contributing author to the financial services volumes of LexisNexis’ Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents, a leading practitioner’s text, and a trustee of the legal charity, Public Law Project.
