Sidley Represents Sunoco LP in US$110 Million Acquisition of Refined Product Terminals From Zenith Energy

Sidley represented Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) ("SUN") in its acquisition of 16 refined product terminals located across the East Coast and Midwest from Zenith Energy for US$110 million. SUN’s core operations include the distribution of motor fuel to approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors located in more than 40 U.S. states and territories, as well as refined product transportation and terminalling assets.

The Sidley team was led by Jon Daly and Atman Shukla with support from Alex Tanton (all Energy and Infrastructure).
