Sidley Advises Resident Home in Its Acquisition by Ashley Home

Sidley advised Resident Home, Inc. in its sale to Ashley Home, Inc., an affiliate of Ashley Global Retail, LLC. Resident is an industry-leading, digitally native house of brands in the home furnishings space.
