Sidley Represents Thompson Street Capital Partners in Its Growth Investment in ATIS

Sidley represented Thompson Street Capital Partners in its growth investment in ATIS, a provider of elevator and escalator safety inspections, consulting, and managed services across the U.S. and Canada. Thompson Street Capital Partners’ investment will help broaden ATIS’s platform with additional sales and marketing investments, new service offerings, and additional acquisitions.
