- Wyatt v. Owens (W.D. Va.) — Trial counsel representing plaintiff in Section 1983 civil rights action alleging use of unconstitutionally excessive force in effecting arrest. Jury returned a plaintiff’s verdict and awarded substantial compensatory and punitive damages.
