
Biography
CHRIS CRANE focuses his practice on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, early-and late-stage private equity investments, recapitalizations, and secondary transactions.
Chris received his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he served as a staff writer for the Boston College Intellectual Property & Technology Forum Journal.

Pro Bono
Chris was recognized by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services on its 2024 “Pro Bono High Honor Roll,” which recognizes attorneys who provide more than 100 hours of pro bono legal services in a calendar year.
