Backed by Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and TA Associates, Confluence is a global technology solutions provider helping the investment management industry solve complex investment data challenges. Confluence’s acquisition of CSS will help advance Confluence’s strategy to expand its regulatory compliance offering.
