Sidley Represents Mapbox in US$280 Million Series E Funding

Sidley represented Mapbox Inc., a location platform company, powering maps and navigation for major automotive OEMs, in its US$280 million Series E funding round, which will allow the company to make investments into AI location services and will also help broaden the company’s footprint in the automotive industry.

The Sidley team included Matthew Stoker, Andrew Harper, Stacy Crosnicker, Graeme Waller, Shaika Ahmed, and Alex Newland.
