Sidley Represents Porch Group in Its US$333 Million Convertible Notes Financing

Sidley represented Porch Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCH), a vertical software company in the home services and insurance sectors, in connection with Porch’s recent private placement of US$333 million aggregate principal amount of 6.75% Convertible Senior Secured Notes due 2028, and a concurrent privately negotiated repurchase of US$200 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.75% Convertible Senior Notes due 2026. The repurchases closed on April 20, 2023.
